This is a beginner-friendly class, starting with the easiest moves that gradually develops your stamina. 

The class is modified to your own pace and comfort with clear cues to build your own routine as you become familiar and comfortable with the exercises. 

Essential Flexibility improves both core stability and creates a more youthful posture. 

Essential Flexibility is important for improving blood flow and circulation . 

The focus is your awareness of how to improve your own fitness and flexibility in order to enjoy movement without discomfort.
